We’re looking for a Part-Time SEO & Content Specialist to help us take our clients’ digital content to the next level. This role isn’t just about writing content; it’s about understanding the power of SEO to boost visibility, drive engagement, and turn web visitors into loyal customers. What You’ll Do

  • Create SEO-Driven Content: Write compelling, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and social media channels.
  • Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms, trending topics, and competitor keywords that drive traffic.
  • Content Optimization: Implement SEO best practices (on-page SEO, meta descriptions, alt tags, etc.) and adjust content to meet performance goals.
  • Stay Current with SEO Trends: Monitor search engine updates and industry trends to adapt content strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate & Brainstorm: Work closely with our digital marketing and creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice, design aesthetics, and client objectives.

  • SEO Savvy: You know the ins and outs of SEO and understand how to make content rank in search engines.
  • Keyword Research Pro: Familiar with tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to find the best keywords.
  • Creative Writer with an Eye for Detail: You can adapt your writing style to fit different brands and audiences, all while keeping SEO in mind.
  • Results-Driven & Analytical: You love data, understand metrics, and can optimize content based on performance.
  • A Self-Starter with Flexible Availability: This is a remote position with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking to make an impact with a dynamic, fast-growing team.
  • Ontario Resident: We’re looking for candidates based in Ontario, ideally with some familiarity with Simcoe County.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO content creation (writing samples required).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS (an asset).
  • Excellent command of the English language and keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing practices and social media trends is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
